I can't say enough good things about Mark and his company. My roof was damaged during the storm. He made me and my family feel like a priority the whole time. I work nights and it is so hard to find people that understand my need to sleep during the day. He would always call me after business hours. His crew went above and beyond to answer any questions and accommodate my sleeping schedule. I promise you will not be sorry using Mark and his company.
Couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time and finished in 2 days. Left no mess. The only way you would know they were there is the nice new roof on the house. I would hire them again if the need were to arise.
Our new roof is as expected with good quality and workmanship. Price may be higher than some but has a lifetime warranty and quicker response time. Only complaint we have is the workers left cigarette butts in the gutters and we are still finding roofing nails around the house and yard. Cleanup could be a little better but overall we are satisfied with BCI.

The BCI crew does amazing high quality work. Had a roof done after Hurricane Florence and not disappointed whatsoever. Their guarantee on labor and materials cannot be beat. Their price will be a little higher than competitors who will often cut corners one way or another. Another major benefit of going with these guys is they are not a fly by night business from out of town looking to take advantage after the hurricane. Just like any other major purchase...buy nice or buy twice!
We enjoyed working with BCI. We love our new roof and would use them again.
The guys at BCI Shingle Specialist really know there stuff. They are courteous, and very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new shingle roof.
